Foodstuffs Own Brands Ltd (FOBL) is jointly owned by two regional co-operatives, and mainly works on behalf of both to conduct the following activities:

  • Procurement and development of Private Label products (Pam’s, Pam’s Finest, Value)

Commercial activities relating to the Proprietary Branded Suppliers, particularly Supplier Trading Terms, Supplier Price Adjustments and selected non-trade product procurement

Commercial Activities

Foodstuffs Own Brands Ltd conducts commercial activities that leverage the collective Foodstuffs business and provides a single point of representation. The main activities currently include the negotiation of Supplier Trading Terms, co-ordination of Supplier List Price Adjustments, and strategic procurement for products outside the areas already mentioned.
